Suppose i am creating a sales order and do delivery but want a automatic PGI to happened the client is not using batch blogs and please help me with detail config and customisation ..points will be rewarded for right answer

i think u shud look at job scheduling for this. t code vl06g is used for mass goods issue. consult ur basis consul for this.
