Hi All,
Currently, our users have to manually process goods receipts for purchase orders, which is both time-consuming and prone to errors when identifying each item accurately and posting the receipt.
Application used - Post Good Receipt for Purchasing Document
Is there an application that allows us to upload the relevant goods receipt information for the system to process automatically? Alternatively, is there an API available to achieve this?

Request clarification before answering.
There are several ways you can approach it
1. if you are on S4 and using BTP --you can use the RPA functionality of BTP -connect with your BTP consultant
2. Check api.sap.com and search goods receipt --you will find -

3. You can use any RPA like UIpath to perform the receipt of the goods against the PO# line # and Qty maintained on Excel and put on share-point
4. You can build a native App to upload the file and then process the file using goods receipt Apis
