Automatic batch management in STO at delivery

Hello All,

I have done automatic batch determination in STO after creating delivery with refernce to PO, and It is working. But the batch

is determining as soon as i create delivery in VL10F with storage location. But my client has requirement that Batch should be dtermined automatically only after putting valid storage location in Vl02n for doing PGI.i have assigned characterstic of batch number in batch Class and sort sequence to determine batch on FIFO basis. What should I do to determine batch on FIFO basis on storage location level. Any suggestions on this would be helpful for me.

I think, you can define the storage location in OSPX which I am not sure. Please check your system and share the screen shot

1) Please ensure batch search strategy record is having entry 'N' for this material (or anyother input combination) using tcode vch1.

2) In configuration, disable the selection type value in strategy type config as 'N' as per help pic. config path is SPRO-> Logistics General->batch mgt ->batch determination & batch check->strategy types-> define sd strat.type.
