Hi,
I created a reactive maintenance order, and according to the best practice for reactive maintenance (Reactive Maintenance (4HH_US)), we should be able to start a flexible workflow for approval. I sent the order, but it never reaches my inbox or gets approved. I can see the order in the Fiori application, and under the authorization status, I see that the automatic workflow has the order, but it’s been days, and it hasn’t been approved or rejected:
I thought the automatic approval workflow would approve the order instantly.
Does anyone know why this might be happening? Could it be due to a missing configuration? Is there a way to release this order from the current workflow to continue with the proces?
