Automated PA40 leaving /Termination action with SAP E-Separation module

Hi Experts,

Our client requirement is to perform automatic employee termination using the approved relieving date from the separation requests raised from e-separation module.In other words, client do not want a manually leaving/termination action in SAP.It should be completely automated and should work alone with the e-separation module.

I would like to know how the separation requests raised from e-separation module works in employee terminations.I have gone through the documents and forums for the configuration related automatic termination action.

Will the e-separation requests automatically performs the employee termination action in SAP?

Is this an alternate solution to employee termination action in PA40?

Could anyone of you guide me to implement it?
