Auto inspection lot 04 add short text while saving cork

Hi gurus,

I have inspection lot 04 activated in sap, and short text in qals is my tank id for example. may i know is it possible i can have a pop up message for me to update the short text before cork save? so that auto lot will be created with short text as well.. Is there any ways i can update for the qals short text in cork for inspection lot 04?
