Auto generated pick list SAP Business One HANA

Dear all,

I am facing issue while generated the pick list from the sales order screen.

I have sales order which contain multiple line items. I have also select the batch out of few lines items.

But when user right click and select the option Generate Pick List then SAP is created directly pick list and sometimes open the pick and pack window screen and user is create the manally pick list here.

What is the actual reason for that? What is the reason for sometimes open the pick and pack screen?

Hi,

If batch is not selected thenSAP will not create pick list in the background, similarly if instock qty is less than order qty then sap will ask user to enter the qty on pick list

Hi Abdul,

I have only one warehouse into SAP and for Item A stock is 5000 and I have mentioned 6000 quantity into sales order and try with above scenario but here it's generated the direct pick list for 6000 quantity instead of open the pick and pack manager.
