Authorization for pricing maintenance by condition type

Hi experts, 

In SAP GUI, we can restrict users to maintain pricing by condition type (vk11) via object V_KONH_VKS. 

Is it possible to make the similar restriction in Cloud?

Hello,

Yes, its possible. However, the authorization setup is different in cloud than on-premise.

You need the business role Pricing Specialist (SAP_BR_PRICING_SPECIALIST) which has business catalog Master Data - Prices (SAP_SD_BC_PRICE_MANAGE_MC). You can maintain restrictions for this role at condition type level.

You can use 'Manage Business Roles' app to setup restrictions for this business role as Nancy suggested below.

You can change the restrictions of a business role in app "Manage business roles".

Please see the app the "Display Restriction Types" which would allow you to search for and display restriction types, the assigned fields, and in which business catalog the restriction type is used. Accordingly, you could manage your restricted business roles and their end-user assignments.
