Authorization for Define Characteristics Groups and Define Class Groups in S/4HANA Public Cloud

Please let us know which catalog or app id should be used to edit the  Define Characteristics Groups and Define Class Groups.

We get an error with "You do not have authorization to change the data" when trying to edit

Please assign the Business Catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_CLS_PC
