Authorisation to create BP with only category Person

Hello Team,

We have a requirement that only authorized user should be able to create BP with Category Person and only the Address tab should be editable rest of the other tabs should be either suppressed or greyed out.

Also the Role will always be 000000 General Business Partner.

Hello Vipin,

There is no direct configuration that can help you achieve this. A workaround could be to allow only those roles which are applicable to category 'person' using authorization object B_BUPA_RLT.

Access to fields can be controlled using AO B_BUPA_FDG(applicable only to transaction BP).
