Audit Management - Link to Notifications

What are the required steps to use notifications for corrective actions in Audit Management CA-AUD?

I have activated the BAdI: PLM_AUDIT_ACT_LINK and copied the example logic. The default corrective actions are still being displayed in the transaction PLMD_AUDIT.

i need to create a badi or bdc to update answers,points,texts in valuation tab in tcode plmd_audit,

have u any idea regarding badi or bdc ..
