Attaching Links in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud

Hi everyone,

Can you please advise what are the options for attachment of links to external documents from the customer's server in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and if any cost involved. 

The idea of the customer is not to have to archive all documents as attachments in the system and to use external storage instead.

Hello, 

I think in that purpose you can use SAP Document Management Service (DMS). It is a part of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). It provides a cloud-based solution for managing, storing, and accessing documents.

Thank you for your response. Yes, we have looked into DMS and it certainly provides the entire, comprehensive functionality for Document Management. However, our client was interested in a cost-free workaround within the Public Cloud system.
