Attaching Document file ( PDF file) in Sales order

Dear Experts,

Can any help me how to attach an PDF file in sales order (Va01/Va02)

Hi,

You cannot get the attachments icon in VA01 T.Code.But you will get this one VA02/VA03 T.Code if you maintain some settings for your user id.

Goto the T.Code "SU01".

Enter your user id for which you need these settings.

Click on Change.

Click on "Parameters" tab.

Maintain the Parameter ID as "SD_SWU_ACTIVE" and Parameter value as "X".

Enter and Save.

Once it is done goto the T.Code "VA03/VA02.Enter the Order number.

Enter.Click on the icon which is beside the text "Change Sales Order XXXX".

Click on Create-->Create Attachment.

Attach your document.

thank you for the steps, I added the "SD_SWU_ACTIVE" and Parameter value as "X". However, my create option is faded and unable to access it. Is this a feature the needs to add to the SAP service they provide us?

Apart from this u have to do one more thing

Go To VA02 give your sales order number then enter.

Go to menu -

---

System ---Services for Object

Now one screen will pop up here you can maintain your attachment.
