For orders coming in over EDI it seems that the ATP check is running completely. We get a delivery date on the sales order line, but when we try to create the outbound delivery this is not possible. The error message says the "0 PC of material XXX available", even if we have the setting to be able to create outbounds without stock. If we rerun the ATP check it is then possible to create the outbound, but then the delivery dates will be wrong (as this is most often not discovered the same day as the order is created, but later in the process).
Could there be a setting in the ATP parameters missing or what could be the issue?
