ATP Issue

Hi Gurus,

I need  help on ATP
i know that there are so many links on ATP itself but i want to know from the basic How ATP works like i have stock in my plant and i created orders from that plant now how atp defines which order sshould be given prority

also i want to know the prerequistes to obtain ATP method

Hi,

I think,ATP is working based on Stock in Your Plant (in Storage Location) not based/specific on Orders.

If you raise sales Order in VA01, by that time you have sufficient stock or not for that Sales document to Delivery on specific date in concern Plant depend upon  ATP check.
