ATP confirmation behavior - result mode explanation

Hi Experts, 

I was going through the SAP Note 2604756 and trying to understand the difference between Option A and Option D in the configuration for 'Sales Area: Default values for Availability Check' (OVZJ). 

Per my current understanding Option A: Deals with One-time delivery and I assume that it applies to both dialogue and batch options ? Please correct me if I am wrong in my assumptions.

Option D also shows for batches as per the SAP Note. 

If anyone helps to clear my doubt, that will be a great help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Arindam,

Option A will lead to "One-time delivery" irrespective whether you are in interactive or in batch mode. Option D lead to a different behavior in these two modes.
