ATP check for sto purchase orders

Hello experts,

Can i know how to check the Atp check details configuration for STO purchase orders .

for eg :- we have for sales orders something like this in sap same like wise can we check for STO purchase Orders in this case.

Hi Zareena,

In S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition you can find the setting for STO in the SSCUIs. For this, open the app "Manage Your Solution" and navigate to the SSCUI with the name 'Configure Delivery Type & Availability Check Procedure by Plant' (its SSCUI ID is 103424). Do do this, you can filter for Application Area 'Sourcing and Procurement' and Item 'Purchase Order Processing'.

You can find the so-called Checking Rule maintained. By standard content it is 'A'. This translates to the same ATP Scope of Check settings shown in your screenshot.

Hello Andreas , Thankyou for the solution i have found same as well but only problem is i coudnot open same like sales order screenshot view.

i can only see this way could you guide me how can i achieve same like this fr purchase orders

In the mentioned SSCUI you can find the so-called checking rule (e. g. 'A'). This means that the Checking Group and Checking Rule together define the Scope of Check like in your screenshot. In your screenshot next to 'A' the label is 'Sales Order'. However, when using 'A' in STO then one can state that STO and Sales Order behave the same from Scope of Check perspective. There is no dedicated Checking Rule for STO such that the label would state 'STO'. Maybe this is the confusion. If not, please feel free to come back 🙂

Hello Andreas, Thank you for prompt reply my question is that is there any chance to check for purchase orders something like this where we can see elaborated details for purchase orders 

eg :below same for purchase order as for sscui which is mentioned for you can only see details as display cannot eloborate further .

Hello,

to see it in the STO itself is quite simple: You select the item and press the button "Check Availability" below the item list (see screenshot below).

You will see the well-known delivery proposal screen, from where you can navigate to the check details.

Hello Martin, Thankyou for the reply .i would like to see configuration or atp checks what are maintained in system  for sto purchase orders as i have working in cloud version is there a path for it to see same like sd atp checks

You need to review 

1. You need to know MRP3 view - Checking group 

2. Configuration for checking rule assigned to Delivery type -- SPRO-->Materials Management-->Purchasing -->Purchase Order--->Set up Stock Transfer order --Assign Delivery Type and Checking rule 

3. Scope of check for checking group and checking rule -OVZ9 

SAP Note - 2195518 also provides details information on ATP on STO

Hello Lakshmipathi, Thankyou for the reply. i have checked note i would like to see like above picture for purchase orders as i work in sap cloud version i am able to see on avaiability check only these options in purchase configuration . 1.Configure Delivery Type & Availability Check Procedure by Plant.2.Configure Delivery Type & Availability Check Procedure by Storage Location. Kindly help me on this
