ATP check components in Purchase Order for subcontracting Vs Component in Production Order

I have a problem with ATP check. I have a component used in production order and also for external working (purchase order for subcontracting).We suppose that I have 20 pc for material A.

I run atp check in Purchase order for component A and ATP conferm me all quantity. Then i run ATP check in production order and the system conferm me all quantity. Can you help me?
