Dear SAP Team,

Issue: At the time of PO creation unwanted DMS file attachment is getting with PO and in DIR item number is attaching without PO

Issue of DMS file attachment in PO

When we are creating any PO then this issue is coming.

When we are creating any PO (Using T-Code ME21N) even without any reference some unwanted DMS documents are coming automatically in the ME21N transaction.

Please find below the steps how this is coming in the Traction ME21N.

Steps:

1. Run T-Code ME21N
2. Fill the PO Quantity (e.g. 1) and press Enter Button
3. Select PO line item and click on “Documents” button
4. Automatically some documents are coming

This should not happen when running standard MM transection ME21N.

Due to this reason blank line Item is adding in the DMS document as PO Item with item number “0” and description “…”

For this issue I have checked the Note 2464432 please confirm for this.
