Assignment field in Group Reporting

Hi expert,

When we release Universal Journal from ACDOCA to ACDOCU, we have seen than Assignment data are already import, without any aggregation, at the end, we have a lot of useless information in Group Reporting ACDOCU, with many million rows for one company / conso unit.

How we can skip the assignmenent field and keep only the aggregation in when we release the Universal Journal?

You could aggregate against AssignmentReference (ZUONR) via SPRO-> GR -> MasterData -> Define Consolidation Master Data Field -> Aggregate data on release.

Hello , In addition to the Assignment field, you can aggregate other fields to improve system performance and the consolidation engine, such as C/T Validations and IC Eliminations. There are many other fields you can aggregate, such as customer groups, vendors, products, etc. Please review the dimensions list. Based on our experience, you can aggregate up to 15 dimensions.
