Assigning account keys to condition types in SAP Public Cloud.

Hello,

I am working on configuration part for account determination for revenue accounts in Sd side. Normally on premise we have configuration ''Define and assign account keys'' define part okay, I've found it but couldnt find assigning part. Where is it in public cloud ?

Hi @Mers 👋 In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, the “assign account keys” step is a bit different from on-prem. You don’t assign them in the IMG like before — instead, it’s handled via Manage Account Determination for SD Billing app in the Fiori Launchpad. From there, you can select your condition types and assign the relevant account keys directly for your revenue accounts. This replaces the old on-prem path. Hope that helps!

Hi @WirkKarl, thanks for your answer but i didnt understand where we make the connection between sales conditions and account key. The configuration you mentioned there is no sales conditions. And one more question which step i can see the connection between Billtype and account determination procedures?

I found that in public cloud, we are not able to create new account determination types hence there is no billing type -  account determination types assignment. 
For account key, we assign to sales condition types in set pricing procedures configuration step.

In public cloud the configuration through VKOA or SPRO is not available directly. There has been a shift to using Business Configuration (SSCUI) process which you can access through the Manage Your Solution Acitivities app.

In short: you should, define Account Keys,  Assign G/L Accounts (SSCUI100297), use pricing procedure linkage (SSCUI 102345) and maintain assignment groups in your master data.

Thanks for your answer, yeah i know it's different in cloud side. SSCUI 102345 couldnt find this configuration app. SSCUI100297 in this one, we assign gl account it's okay but i wonder in which configuration app we do connection between sales conditions and account key and connection between Billtype and account determination procedures.
