Assign User or Team to role in Role based Flexible Workflow

Hallo Sapians,

In Flexible Workflow we have 2 option for Approval Recipient.1)Role 2)User

In Role based approval, we have options like

Manager of Last Approver, Manager of Workflow Initiator, Manager of Workflow Initiator Manger, Operational Purchasing, Strategic Purchasing.

Can you please explain the Difference between this options and how to assign a User or Team to this Roles, so that the users receives the notification.

Please provide step by step explanation.

Hi Venu,

This option define in auto the agent (user) which will release the worklfow.

You have to import the employees and assign them.

What I have seen so far is the use of PPOME transaction, you will be able to define the teams and manager (for each organizational entity)

I think there is also an alternative with the application teams and responsibilities on Fiori after created the employees.
