Assign tax indicators to tax condition types in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud

Hello! Can anyone tell me in sap s4hana public cloud where can I assign the material/customer tax indicators to a custom tax condition type? I can't find this configuration point in CBC...

In SAP S4 we used OVK3 OVK4, but here I can't find it...

Hello. I also have similar issue. The reason behind this issue is before entering condiion record for tax you should assign tax imdicator to your tax type. How ever in public cloud we cannot do relevant customising because before assigning tax indicator we have to customize public version of ovk1 but this step is not allowed. After that we should assign tax indicator to tax then we can use tax indicator with tax type. For this reason I have opened a feature request but to be accepted we Ned ay least 10 votes.  Here is the link: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/idea/324204

Have you been able to assign custom condition types to tax classifications?

We are facing the same problem and cannot find any configuration step in CBC for making this assignment.

corresponding config point are like below. Right now I have not logon to do a double confirm, so that please logon your system and check if it helps:

• Define Mapping for SAP Tax Conditions to External Tax Categories
• Set Up External Tax Calculation
• Define External Tax Categories

Which should be included in scope Item 5ZB
