Assign Inspection Lot Origins to a custom Inspection Type in S/4HANA Cloud

I've created a custom inspection type (Z2) which should replicate the standard inspection type 02 of the SAP On-Premise system. 

I enter the Implementation Activities node "Maintain Inspection Lot Origins and Assign Inspection Types", when I click on Edit button, I have no possibility to add a new entry. My purpose is add an entry that refers to the inspection lot origin 02 (Goods Issue) and link it to my own custom inspection type 02. 

Can you please activate the possibility to enter new entries? Or, can you please add a new entry for me?

The Configuration Activity 'Maintain Inspection Lot Origins and Assign Inspection Types' has following documentation in the configuration help :

"The inspection lot origins are predefined in the system. You cannot define your own inspection lot origins you can assign the inspection types you have created in the step before to an existing inspection lot origin."

In the Standard S/4HANA Cloud System the inspection lot origin 02 (Goods Issue) is not one of the predefined lot origins available and there is no scope item / expert configuration available to activate it
