Asset Down Payment with FB01 not possible in S/4 Hana System

Hi All

I want to post down payment for assets with FB01 with posting key 70 and transaction type 180 but I am getting this error 

"Down payment must be posted as a special general ledger transaction

Message No. FAA_POST082"

on the R/3 system we have, similar posting works is possible without any error.

I will really appreciate any idea on how to resolve this error.
