AS02 fields modification for specific Asset classes

Hello.

I have a business requirement regarding AS02, where I need to limit modifications to certain fields for particular Asset classes. I attempted to use ANSICHT, but it restricts those fields for all Asset classes. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Setup validations using T code - GGB0 & mention prerequisites for the respective asset classes under asset accounting.
