Ariba: OC not reflecting in S4

Hi Team,

I am facing one issue in Ariba Guided buying.

In my project we are implementing GB,PO is getting created(PR-->PO in GB), when we do OC it is not reflecting back in S4 in confirmations tab.what could be the reason?

The confirmation control key field is empty.Tried manually selecting 'Confirmation-001' and submitting OC,still OC not showing in the confirmations tab.No IDOCS generated.

Confirmation control key with AB is mandatory. You can configure it in: OLME > Confirmations > Set Up Confirmation Control.

What you have configured so far? 

Have you configured the connections to send messages?

Have you maintained the parameter for order confirmation?

IDOC did not generate.Connection test are all good.

In Phase 1 we had SCC,so all parameter and OC settings were done.

Now we are doing GB,but OC and ASN are not reflecting back to S4.

Have you maintained the parameter for order confirmation?Yes,OC_enabled parameter is present.

What about the outbound document that is expected to be transformed to an IDOC and sent to the backend system? Is there an error there? Are you able to successfully perform a connection test? Are you able to retrieve another document?
