area 41 missing in table T093A

Hi all,

when i am trying to define depreciation areas,

i am getting an error message like,

area 41 missing in table T093A ,

Can some one help me how to resolve this error please.

Hi,

    Do not define Depreciation Area 41 & 51 by Copying Depreciation Area 01. Then system will show this error. Try creating these Depreciation areas by copying either Depreciation Area 31 or 32. Then system will allow you to create the New Depreciation Area

Hi,

T093A is the table where the depr. areas are defined.

So do you use T-Code OADB and you get the message ACC_AA 045 "System error: Area 41 is missing in table T093A"?

Can you pls. describe exactly what you are doing (T-codes, IMG path,...).

Hi Christian,

i am trying to define depreciation areas through IMG path,

SPRO-> SAP reference IMG-> Financial accounting-> Asset accounting-> Valuation-> Depreciation Areas-> Define Depreciation areas.

I have defined the Depreciation areas 1, 15, 20, 30, 31and 32.

when i am defining the depreciation areas 41 and 51, I am getting an error like

System error: area 41 missing in table T093A,

System error: area 51 missing in table T093A.

I checked in T093A,

I am unable to create areas 41 and 51 in T093A.

please help me regarding this.
