Archiving DFKKIA DFKKZR

According to the SAP EarlyWatch alert report, we are informed of the excessive number of records in the DFKKZR and DFKKIA tables. I appreciate your support in recommending housekeeping, partitioning, or archiving options to mitigate or resolve this alert.

Dear Customer,

thank you for your message. The Archiving Object for the Table DFKKIA is "FI_MKKDOC".

For the table DFKKZR, the only option is to delete entries. For this you can use the transaction FPZD or the report RFKKPFND. The program deletes all outdated payment document information. The impact is that after deletion the corresponding payment form cannot be used/displayed anymore.

Please consult this with your implementation partner for the integration part.
