Archive SD scheduling agreements / VBUK-GBSTK = ' '

Hello,

I am trying to archive SD scheduling agreements. Some scheduling agreements can be archived after storing the rejection reason for the items.

But many documents cannot be archived due to the status.

I have tried to get further with the notes 2566865 as well as 2901832. Unfortunately, the overall status field is still not displayed in the transaction. As long as the overall status is initial, the scheduling agreement cannot be archived.

How do I get the status VBUK-GBSTK set to "C"?

I searched also for a very long time and also tried to convince to provide a report "closing" such scheduling agreements. (similiar to VL_COMPLETE for deliveries)
But in the end only a z-report will help or delete the SA completely (is possible with this status) instead of archiving.
