Approve purchase order - SAP Fiori App

Hello experts, a pleasure to talk to you.
Today I have the following query:
I need to implement Fiori : Approve purchase order application (App ID: F0402A) on my SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private system. (https://fioriappslibrary.hana.ondemand.com/sap/fix/externalViewer/#/detail/Apps('F0402A')/S32)
I've searched a lot but I'm just meager with the information I got, so I would like to know if someone could help me to find my way to implement this application.
My doubts are:
1) What is My inbox? and how does it relate to Approve purchase order.
2) Is there any demo video to see how the application works?
3) I only have to install the Front-End Components and the Back-end Components, and the application will start working?
4) Can I only implement the Approve purchase order application or should I implement some other application together with this one for its correct operation?

Of course I thank anyone who can help me, because it is a big problem I need to solve. Thank you very much in advance to everyone!

My Inbox is the general inbox for workflow approvers to receive all their SAP S/4HANA approvals - app F0862 -  you can find the app documentation here https://help.sap.com/docs/SAP_S4HANA_ON-PREMISE/8308e6d301d54584a33cd04a9861bc52/f510145761df5e38e10... 

You can just go to the main My Inbox to see all your approvals or one of the variations to see specific approvals such as My Inbox - Approve Purchase Order

You need to set up the relevant flexible workflow to generate the approvals. That is Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders app F2872.

Hi Jocelyn, thanks for the information, so to reconfirm what I understood, if I need to implement the "Purchase Order Approval" application I also need to implement the "Purchase Order Workflow Management" application.
In addition these should I implement "My Inbox"?
And these applications would appear inside "My Inbox" once implemented?

Hi Max,

From my opinion, if you set up a flow of approval and need to approve, and you will get the notification in My Inbox.

I'm not sure how it works in Private Cloud system, but in Public Cloud system, we need to create a workflow in APP Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders.

Hi @Zhehui_Xia, So by creating a workflow in APP Manage Workflows for Purchase Orders, I would avoid having to implement the "Approve purchase order application" ? Since I would get to my inbox the "task" of approving an order?
