Approval

I have PO's going through approval.

I want to put on PLD the name of the approver. I linked it to User Table.

The name does show up but always the same. My approval rule is that I have 2 Approvers but only 1 of them needs to approve it. I want to catch the name who actually approved it first.

When right clicking on the PO I see who approved it. How can I get that on the PLD Po form.

Thanks

Hi Rosi......

I personally faced this issue. My client wanted if he approves the PO then his digital signature should come automatically. Initially i thought it should be happened as who is approving the PO his name or atleast user code should be captured but when i search OPOR table i found only authorization status. If its approved then status is 'P' else its shows '-'. So we set it on PLD that if its approved then its signed or its scanned signature with name.

You can try this out.......

Hope this will help you out........

Rahul

Hi Experts,

I am using the query for FMS. The only thing is that i have 2 users listed as approvers but only 1needs to approve from the 2 approvers. It does not put the correct Approver in the UDV it takes the first name ( alphapetical Order)- though that approver has status pending and second name listed has status approved ( when right clicking on the PO - Approval Status Report.

I need it to chose the name with status approved.

Thanks
