Approval Required for MRP generated PR

business requirement is PR created via MRP run needs to be consider for Approval flow  or Flexible workflow. we have tried to setup a flexible workflow for the same but workflow is not getting triggered.

you can follow this KBA to include the PR on the approval process , you need an extra step to move them to the flexible workflow scenarios
