Hello everyone 

I have an issue while trying to convert PR to PO , PR has been released but the staus of the document still 03 in release and when i checked workflow status app  for overall release of purchase requisition i found 3 errors

1- 

Approval of purchase requisition failed. Contact admin.

Message no. MMPUR_PR_WFL_COMMON008
2- 

Authorization missing for <POrg> ; contact administrator

Message no. MMPUR_REQ_COMMON097
3- 

An exception was raised

Message no. SY530

but i checked another PR with the same criteria but it has a staus released completed and already converted to po without any problem
can anyone explain how to solve this issue

You may have to cancel the task on the PR workflow, then open the PR in change mode and save it to retrigger the workflow -- You can also check SAP KBA- 3402028 for the resolution.
