When using the App 'Manage Service Entry Sheets-Lean Services' the Personnel Number field is not displayed.
Can you please explain why this is the case ?

The personnel number (CSRVCENTRSHTWD-RESPONSIBLEPERSON) is linked to the flexible workflow.
If the flexible workflow is inactive - when you create an SES the personnel number field is an open field
and can be manually filled during creation. If flexible workflow is active, the field is not present and cannot be manually filled. In the Public cloud Service Entry Sheets have active flexible workflow as part of the standard delivered content.
