We are using the "Run Statutory Reports" app to generate the GSTR-3B report, based on the configuration maintained in the "Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting" (101071) configuration activity.
To access the app on the Fiori Launchpad (Frontend system), please assign the Business user to the Business Role Template: SAP_BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT_IN.
