Any idoc to create a shipping cost document(VI01)

Is there any idoc we have to create a shipping cost document.

We get EDI 210 from carrier based on that i need to create SCH (Shipping cost document).

We get invoice with shipping document details from transport company(MODE) using that we need to create a shipping cost document.

So what is the best practice to create shipping cost document in SAP we need to ask transport company  to send idoc to sap or we have to use any BAPI to post the SCD ?

is there a standard idoc to create a Shipment cost doc?

We have a carrier sending the  costs in and we need to generate a shipment cost document.
