Amount Rounded off in Payslip

HI

I am working for Indian client (Payroll) and am facing a problem in payslip.

In Payslip, amount s are appearing in Paise, but my client wants to rouded off that amount to the nearest rupee. I have maintained Recovery of Rounded off amounts node in Payroll India, but its cumulating the net value. I wanted to rounded off the every wage type. I went there and checked in wage type characteristics also. But am unable to find the solution.

Ex : Amount which is displaying in payslip is 899.91, but I wanted it rounded off to 900.00.

Hope I am clear.

Pl let me know the solutions ASAP..

Check in V_T511. u can use the rounding type and rounding divisor for ur req wage type else do settings in Rule in PE51

can u chk with this configuration also.......

put the Rounding to as 1.00

and round off as Nearest

and select INR

in the same screen for all ur wage types.

let me know ASAP, so that i can update u on this.

In-line to praseeda assign raoungind type as "B" and use as rounding div as "0"

Thanks for the reply. I have maintained the "Recovery Off Rounded amount" node and the net value is getting rounded off to the nearest rupee. But i wanted to rounded off each and every amount.

For ex : my basic salary is 10,000. and i took a unpaid leave, then it will be around 9,101.56 (its coming in paise), here i want to rounded off the individual amount.

in that case do the same (rounding divisor 0 )for all wage types like which wages tpes u want to round off and work out on Rounding types - A,B,or some other. i am not sure of rounding types.

do this and update the thread.

I got the solution for amount rounded off.

I have changed the specification to 'A' in processing class 10.

Hi Vijaya,

There is no configuration by which you can round off each components/wage types to nearest rupee.

"Recovery Off Rounded amount" node rounds off net pay only.

You can write a rule for rounding off amounts in each payable WTs. Place this rule after XVAL and before X023.
