Amount Field Length Extension (AFLE) in SAP S/4HANA 2020

hELLO I have a question regarding SAP S/4HANA 2020, in note 2943206. SAP s/4HANA restriction note, it says:"In SAP S/4HANA 2020 currency amount fields with a field length between 9-22 including 2 decimals have been extended to 23 digits including 2 decimals."

Does it means that AFLE already comes activated in version 2020?

Hope you have already got this answer as its almost a year since you raised this question.

I am responding so that others can get input from it.

By default it is not activated, there is checkbox to enable it.
