Alternate Fiori App for Classification Based Product Hierarchy(F2351) in S4 HANA 1909 FPS02

We are working on S4 HANA 1909 FPS02 Version. We would like to create product master and map created product masters in hierarchy in the system.. To fulfil the requirements, we have activated Fiori App(F1602) : Manage Product Master successfully where we have created required product but when we tried to activate Classification Based Product Hierarchy(F2351) in order to maintain product master hierarchy, we are not able to load the metadata as it is giving error in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE as "Exception Raised". Classification Based Product Hierarchy F2351 is available up to 1909 FPS01 as mentioned on Fiori Apps Library. Please let us know if any alternative application is available for the same as we need to activate it.
