Alloy surcharges SAP Business byDesign

Hello,

currently we are implementing SAP Business byDesign for a company from Steel indutry.It is very commen to have surcharges like "Alloy Surcharg (AS) - is a surcharge calculated according to the prices of the alloy elements, and is the amount by which the basic price for stainless steel increases". in the steel industry.

Process of AS

P2P

- AS is calculated in PO on materials. The cost of AS must be posted on a seperate GL-account.

O2C

- AS is calculated based on posting date and again the revenue of AS must be posted on a seperate GL-account

Is there any solution already implemented in such way or any idea?
