Allow change in Notification Type after created

Hi

I want to change the notification type (Breakdown to predictive maintenance ) by Notification change T code IW 22.
After doing the following configuration it is not working .

IMG-->Plant Maintenance and Customer Service-->Maintenance and Service Processing-->Maintenance and Service Notifications-->Notification Creation-->Notification Types-->Allowed Change of Notification Type

Please advise to resolve it.

In the Customizing (SPRO) documentation explains that

• When changing notifications, you can only change the notification type under the following conditions:
  • The change is explicitly allowed by the Customizing table.
  • The notification still has the status 'Outstanding'.
  • The original notification type has the origin "General notification".
