Alerts not triggered in SAP 9.2 PL 01

What are the initial settings to be done for getting SAP B1 Message and Alerts in 9.2 PL 01?

1. SAP Business one job service is running in SLD and correct database was selected in alert settings.

Why default sap business one user is manager? Default should be "AlertSvc".

I have Job Service running but in SLD - Services had to create the Job Service Alert manually with the following link:

https://server_name:30010/job/

When I enter the link I don't have a database server?

I have SAP 9.2 PL01.

What should I do to have this correctly configured?

Now I have the DBs in the lower matrix but when I press the button 'Start' I get "Backend server not found".

Do you know what do I have to fix?

I have the same problem.  I have tried reinstalling the Server Tools but to no avail.  It was working for SBO9.2 PL01, but not working on PL02.  If you find the remedy, please advise.

According to SAP:

1.  Backup SLD database

2. Uninstall server tools

3. Clean c::\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Server Tools

4. Re-install server Tools with JOb Service and try again

Re-installed Server Tools. No use

I can able to receive Today's Activities Alert, Deviation alert and not any Query Based Alert.

Tried using simple queries also. It is not triggered.

Can anyone suggest exact Cause of this Issue?
