Hello experts,
I have some user defined alerts based on queries and running every 1 | 5 minutes. These alerts also send the result by email. The problem is that the alert is being generated even when the query does not return any results, so the user is constantly receiving the alerts emails unnecessarily.
Is there a way to prevent the alert from being generated when the query has no results?
Thank you,
Federico Michell

Hi lacey.simpson,
What is the SAP Business One Version and patch?
Have you checked SAP Note 2972669? Did it help?
Kind regards,

Hi Federico,
what B1 version are you running?
There is a bug in B1 10 FP 2008, please have a look at #2972669 - Alerts Are Triggered When Queries Have No Results
