Alert - 'Save History' option not working

Hi, the issue happen to this particular alert, the alert setup did not select the option "Save History', however, the alert received with history. The issue happen suddenly, started last Friday. I tried to update the this specific alert by tick and untick the "Save History', however, it has no help. Any idea?

The following is the summary of the issue:
1. The issue happen to a specific alert only
2. The 'Save history' function is not tick, however, the alert appear as saved history.
3. I tested others alert there is no issue.
4. I have tested and checked on the alert query there is no issue also.
5. I renamed the existing alert and inactive it.
6. Created a new alert , this newly created alert with the same setup, same query, same condition have no issue.
