Hi,

I am trying to determine if it is possible in SAP B1 to setup an automatic alert message to be sent to any user for each creation and update of Sales Opportunity.

Please advise what query shall I use. Many thanks.

Regards,
Khurram

Hi,

Run the below query under query generator and save it under query manager.

SELECT T0.[CardCode], T0.[CprCode], T0.[SlpCode], T0.[OpenDate], T0.[Status], T0.[CardName], T0.[CloseDate], T0.[Name] FROM OOPR T0 WHERE T0.[Status] = 'o'

Open alert management and assign saved query.

Hi,

Try to use below query with alert management function:

SELECT T0.[CardCode], T0.[CprCode], T0.[SlpCode], T0.[OpenDate], T0.[Status], T0.[CardName], T0.[PredDate], T0.[Name] FROM OOPR T0 WHERE DATEDIFF(d, T0.[OpenDate],getdate())=0 or DATEDIFF(d, T0.[UpdateDate],getdate())=0

Hi Khurram,

Assign the Below query in Alert Management and check,

SELECT T0.[OpprId], T0.[CardCode],T0.[CardName],  T2.[SlpCode], T2.[SlpName], T0.[OpenDate],

               T0.[CloseDate], T0.[Status], T1.[Line], T1.[SlpCode]

               FROM OOPR T0

              INNER JOIN OPR1 T1 ON T0.OpprId = T1.OpprId

              INNER JOIN OSLP T2 ON T0.SlpCode = T2.SlpCode WHERE T0.[Status] ='O'

Hope Helpful,
