Hello everyone,
I would like to use the Alert Management module in my SAP Business One 10.0 to create an Alerts Query. I already enabled the Alert Service checkbox and "Send Alert for Activities Scheduled for Today" in the General Settings but despite of this, Condition and Document Tab in Alert Management - Alert Details were still missing.
When I checked the predefined alerts, it has Condition and Documents Tabs though. Any ideas?

Request clarification before answering.
Only system alerts have condition options. Custom alerts are based on a query, and if the query returns result then alert is sent. You can only define the frequency for triggering this query.
