Alert for Open Sales Quotation Does not Appear When Creating a Sales Order

When using the "Manage Sales Orders V2" app no alert is triggered for open sales quotations. I have changed the configuration to check at a header level. It works fine in the "Manage Sales Order" app but not in the V2 app.

Please help.

Hi，

As a workaround, you can customize logic in sales order check badi.

The logic can be designed as below.

If the sales order is not refer to quotation.

Select if there is open quotation exist with the chosen material and customer.

if there is record selected, popup warning or error.

Hi,

I think the function of giving hint of open quotations which you see in VA01 is not there in the Fiori App "Create Sales Order". Kindly raise an enhancement request in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Sales - Customer Influence (sap.com).
