Aging of Open Items in Customer Statement

Hi,

We would like to produce a Customer Statement (Balance Confirmation or Dunning Letter) which contains a aging table similar to that shown below.

I cannot see anything in the Form templates that would allow this table to be created.

Does anybody know if this is possible?

For info - this was achieved with standard template 'Account Statement with Due Date List'.

Hi,

I'm aware of the Aging list for receivables report.

But we would like to create a Balance Confirmation and/or Dunning Letter which includes this aging in Application and User Management - Form Template Maintenance.

You can check the report "Aging list for receivables" available under Business Analytics Work center >Design reports .

In case if this report does not suffice your needs,kindly let us know what exactly is expected.

Hi Manasa,

I'm not sure if this will reach you, but we have the same concern. Although for ours, the Aging List for Receivables would have sufficed except that we need a column for the employee responsible. Is there another report we can refer to?
