As the test tennants have already been upgraded to the next version, now it is impossible to edit/modify custom form templates, as it is pointed out in the "What's new" documentation. However, we created our localized forms as custom forms or at least as new variants of the provided forms. Now we are unable to edit them, even as an advanced user the only option is to 'Download' them, nothing more.
Is there any suggested workaround for this situation?

Hi all,
HF has been released and we plan to provide an EP this weekend.
PDI User all buttons will stay inactive regardless of if it is an SAP Standard form or custom.
Business User see all buttons at any time active regardless of if it is a SAP Standard or Custom form.

Dear András, I hope you doing great. We are aware of this and a Fix will be tested today, right now for business User only SAP Standard Form can be modified changed etc.. We will restrict this for any PDI user as this caused issues in the past from the UI.
The behaviour will be like this
All PDI Dev user will not be able to use that function.
Any business User will be able to proceed with all known functions.

I am missing the edge case "Custom Form Template Maintenance". As mentioned in this blog post there is only one chance to edit Custom Form Templates (from PDI) within the system - with a PDI User: https://community.sap.com/t5/technology-q-a/custom-form-maintenance-byd/qaq-p/12555819
Does this mean that future adaptions of Custom Form Templates (from PDI) must be edited via a Patch Solution in Cloud Application Studio?
This would be a huge overhead for small adaptions.

Hi Didi,
there is another problem regarding the usage of Form Master Template. It is not possible anymore to activate this function. Business Users are not allowed to change this kind of forms and PDI users are not able to do this anymore. How can we achieve to use this feature?
We just tried to do it with a business user and it causes errors in Cloud Application Studio 😐
